Q: When will the product arrive?
Product/items in stock - About 7 working days
EMS〡Pre-Order - About 25 working days after Pre-Order deadline
Sea Freight〡Pre-Order - About 2-3 months (excluding holidays) after Pre-Order deadline
 
The estimated arrival time given does not take into consideration delays that could be caused by any unforeseen circumstances or any factors beyond our control, E.g. : epidemic situation, weather, customs inspection, etc. We sincerely apologise if the shipment is delayed due to any of the above factors.
Q: How to calculate freight/storage fees?
Shipping - Varies by location and is automatically calculated upon checkout.
Storage fee - If a single order is less than AUD$50, each order will be charged an additional fee depending on the pick-up point and is automatically calculated upon checkout.
Q: After the order is established, can I cancel, change or combine the order?
To change the order, please contact customer service to check the order status. If the product has been ordered with the manufacturer, the order cannot be modified/cancelled.
Q: If the ordered product is not as expected/ incorrect/defective, can it be returned or exchanged?
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a shipping error or the product itself is damaged when your order is received.
If the product is shipped incorrectly or damaged, please take a photo of the product on the day of receipt and contact customer service to arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Please forgive us for not being able to arrange a return on the grounds that you have changed your mind and/or if the product is different from what you have expected.
3. "Food" products are non- returnable and non-exchangeable.
